Kindness Captured: A Day of Bravery and Kindness

Whenever we ask people what are the best qualities of being human (which is one definition of "humane"), kindness is always close to the top of the list. In one of our online courses, one of the exercises asks participants to spend the day focusing on being kind, and it's always one of their favorite activities. We love kindness, both giving and receiving it.

Thanks to the Good News Network I just found out about a recent "guerilla kindness" event. "Kindness Captured: A Day of Bravery and Kindness" followed participants in six U.S. cities who were set the challenge to share kindness with strangers. Here's a short video summarizing the event:

The creators of this film also set up a website called i am a kind stranger, which posts (and allows others to post) about acts of kindness.

Enjoy!
